...Last journal entry...november 2007...whoopsie.
Ok, let's update this poor journal thingy now!!

Last week, :iconeagiel: and I went to Japan Expo, which took place in Villepinte (outskirts of Paris), to sell our stuff (basically posters and cards).
I won't get into the details...but it was quite epic, to say the least. Yeah, let's not talk about the stuffy trains, the hyper people who randomly bawled obscenities to their pals in said confined trains, or whatever made me want to crawl back into bed and forget about the whole world.

The four days of the festival were like a stay in another dimension. As soon as you neared the train line that led to Villepinte, the subway was swarming with cosplayers, goths, punks, etc etc... It was funny to watch some people who probably didn't know the event come across groups of cospalyers, blink, and then double or triple check that they really saw what they saw XD
Indoors, we got into some kind of routine: prepare the stand, put the posters on the wall behind, answering the customers, draw, fool around, eat when we could lol, fool around, sell goodies, fool around, repack everything then go/crawl home to rest (in peace) till the next day :faint::tombstone:.

All in all, JE was great, however exhausting it was. I think I'll have to invest in energy pills or any kind of vitamins for next year though!!:shakefist:

I'm such a genius for titles.....

I am part of the super secret santa party so here are my wishes:

Dear Secret Santa, Thanks for drawing for me even if I have not been especially good this year or don't really plan to be next year but hey nobody's perfect anyway so there!

.................

Weeell, I never wrote to any Santa before, as far as I remember so....... :paranoid:

Dear Secret Santa, in fact don't mind what is written above....
Could you draw either:
1)Sephiroth or Vincent from Final Fantasy VII
or2)Riku and/or Sora from KHII
or3)an angel in a snowy place.

That's it, good luck ^^
Looking forward to Xmas day!

Yearly journal update.
Just so that you all know that I am not dead. I'm flabbergasted by Time's swiftness.
Now how do you tell all that happened in almost one year in one single lil journal entry? eerr...simple, you don't.
Well, in short, this year was kind of weird, from my own point of view anyway. But I met interesting people, some of them became true "friends" and I even have a new sister and little brother now. And that's quite a lot actually.

Many thanks to all reviewers and to those who added me on their devwatch list :heart::heart:

Hi. I know.
It's been
a
friggin'
long
while
.......................................
And during this long period of time, many things occured, and changed. Wether for the best or the worst, I don't know...I keep coming across good and bad things alike that I'm a bit lost I guess.

I really don't know what to write in this journal entry :paranoid:, well the main purpose of my writing today is to let you know I'm not dead. Well, I COULD be...Just you try to travel with 2 big 50-kilo-suitcases from London to Paris, and NO escalators in the train station!!!! :rage::cry:

While I was not here on DA, I received many notes from friends who warned me about art thiefs, and I thank them for their help and care.
That really pissed me of to see what people allow themselves to do with pictures which don't belong to them.
I am seriously amazed by how people think sometimes, like, they own other's works simply because they said so. :paranoid::paranoid::paranoid:
And by the way, during the holidays in July, Eagiel :eagiel: and I parted ways with the French fanzine Nemesis, so we agreed they SHOULD NOT use any of our illustrations now, be it to sell posters or cards, or even their forums or websites. Former members of this fanzine had issues with them regarding that matter, so I prefer to state it clearly. And since they still using my drawing of Vincent for their forum [link] whereas they AGREED to remove it in JULY, I think I've waited long enough. I am sorry to sound so bitchy, but I am not in the mood to be exploited again.

Now, to conclude this rotten journal entry on a more positive note, I want to thank all of my new 'devwatchers' and all of you who keep on coming to my gallery  I'll write a new (less crapy) entry later...even though you'd rather I drew, wouldn't you? ;-)

----------------------------------------------------------------
