Ok. Just read chapter 400 today and found myself drawing this for the last 3 hours while being on the phone ('cause I am awesome like that) and while I've got WORK to do (....yeah, I am a retard like that as well...) I sense/dread 'emo vibes' for the next chapters dealing with Sasuke or Itachi's past, but I have to admit that their lives suck.

Their lives really do suck, but I remember wishing, in an AU universe, that Itachi would be someone who didn't like killing and loved his village, so I'm happy with the explanation. Though I still think it's totally dick that the elders and Danzo ordered the whole clan taken out.
But anyway, I love the perspective on this, how Itachi seems to be the focus, while Sasuke is kinda contemplating what he's been told. And does he have the Sound village purple rope/belt on?

Is this Naruto fanart? I'm not really up with anything Naruto. A friend introduced me to it, but nothing really stuck with me to say I like it.
It's indeed a very emotional picture. Like, they are together, but apart; and, they both do their part to keep it that way, though they also want to be together. It's a very telling picture.
You know what I thought would really suck but would also be really funny? If Sasuke were all like "You're lying!" and Madera said "Yup! Actually that was all just made-up. Itachi really is evil." I can just see someone do a comic like that, though. XD It would be so messed-up. But I think Sasuke is gonna need therapy (like he didn't before) if he decides to believe all this. But you know what? This makes me want to go back and analyze every scene that has Sasuke and Itachi in it. To try and finde that "loving brother" again.
